300tdi rocker shaft snapped !!!!

Hi all,
got me a problem....
my 300 tdi has snapped the rocker shaft stripping the thread on the rear bolt, upon inspection i see that it has been helicoiled before
obviosly an M8 1.25 helicoil wont do the job so i wondered if there is any way around this without scrapping the head.

bite the bullet and get a new head, anything you could do to it now will weaken it, there must be plenty of em on fleabay or one of the breakers sites

if you put your location up peeps might have a clue where you are and might know of any knocking about cheap
