300tdi dashboard creaks

Hi, have used the search facility but can't find anything there so does anyone have an answer to squeaky/creaky dashboards? It's not loud, just a bit irritating where the plastic edges rub when driving on poor road surfaces.

protect your windscreen and spray heaps of silicone spray into joints.

wow your disco must be a minter, all my dashboard falls apart over bad roads, and the noise i get is my missus swearing as it hits her
