300tdi cracked exhaust manifold?

My exhaust-manifold is cracked around the bit that takes exh from cylinders 2&3.

Has anyone replaced their 300 turbo, complete with the mid manifold, which is also the exh turbine housing art (ERR4802)... and so had to swap the branches that connect to cyls 1 & 2?

I've searched the web and talked to a couple of places that I would have expected to know how to do this properly but no luck... and apparently the branches are not available any more (?) so I dont want to bust 'em.

Any hints anyone?
