I'd just like to thank Landyzone supports for helping me solve my 300 auto starting problems. I fitted a secondary earth from the block to the battery yesterday and she fired up straight away this morn. RESULT.

Well done, now all u have to do is find out is why with the factory fitted earth lead failed

The truck is our shoot hack. I put the new earth on as a test of the factory earth. I expect that one needs removing,cleaning and refitting. I’ll do it one day, “Maby”

Wang another lead on from engine to chassis, otherwise you may end up loading up something that is not meant to carry high amps.
