Yes fits
Google series 2 club, workshop wisdom, then 200tdi section.
People fit them for exhaust routing problems.

Yes I did the same for my SWB Series 3 200tdi conversion! The original turbo was too close to the chassis rails!
200 turbo and 300 aint much different ,just the way they fit ive only ever used disco one with disco engine but do lift mounts a bit in series to help downpipe fitting and it looks better in engine bay
Don't know if this helps you but the 200tdi turbo will fit the 300tdi manifold, only ball ache is separating the compressor housing from the rest of it (sorry I'm not that clued up on turbos!) the bolts will be well and truly seized so I had to grind them off and then shock the clamps off with the mig. 4 new bolts and it'll be bolted onto the 300tdi manifold
I've not trial fitted it yet but you may need defender 200tdi oil feed/return pipes for this setup as they are longer than disco ones
Do the 300 pipes fit into the 200 block ok do you know? That might be some help to me
No, one of them does but the other doesn't, you will need the 300 housing off the block so both pipes fit.
Also the 300 pipes are shorter so wouldn't reach the 200 filter as it's further back on engine.
ive done this im my 90 works a treat! the exhurst is able to run alot better rute as its neer streight down just cut an angle out of some 60mm tube and weld the flanges on each end thats how i did it (im a fabricator) n it was easy haha
