300 tdi judders when accelerating

Any ideas please!
My 94 300 tdi non edc judders and shakes from 1500 rpm-to 3000 rpm when acelerating. I've cleaned sedimenter with new seals,new fuel filter,new air filter, injecters taken out cleaned checked and re-fitted,new fuel lift pump fitted. Turbo seems to kick in ok,cam belt changed 1000 miles ago but problem only just started to happen. Running out of ideas now so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

rubber doughnut on rear of rear prop cracking ?

presume when accelerating your moving down road, not running engine between 1500 - 3000rpm in neutral?
as james sez, plus all uj's on propshafts.
does it matter what gear your in? is more apparent at certain speeds?
would also bee better in discovery section, this is engine section.

yes am driving, mainly happens from 2nd gear onwards but only on hard acceleration, can ease off pedal and it stops. Thanks for suggestions, will move to disco section also.
