its not in the fire ring and so can be sealed if its too deep for skimming

at a guess about 2 mil,by sealing james do you mean by a head specialist?

if i have one like that in i ll tig weld the damage up then do a skim chemical metal on a head is filth

you have an engineering shop , and if its was on or within fire ring it would make a difference

all sorted,took 5 hours end to end,pretty easy on a 300
