You sounded like a black gangster mother****er. You do realise that the people you're having a bit of banter with now are the ones who'll lend you the most help on this forum don't you? Shut your gob, get some piccies up, tell us about your plans and then your initiation process will be over. I'm off to bed, painting my 90 nato green tomorrow :D

What's the benefit of warming the paint? Stuff like helping it roll on easier / dry quicker and what not? I've got a few before shots knocking about, I can't be bothered taking any in the morning - it's all sanded down now anyway! You'll get some after shots when I get it finished (tomorrow evening all being well) :)

If it is an enamel paint then it will smooth over better allegedly and your get a consistent Finish. place tin in hot water first.(couple threads on here)
Also be aware of dust etc from wind or floor

Ta for that. It's an oil based matt finish paint if that helps? All being well, I'll be under cover. If not, the forecast is set to be good tomorrow (fingers crossed). I want to get the finish as good as possible, I spent about 4 hours this afternoon roughing it up. It is NATO paint mind and I'm not after a first class top quality high gloss, no dints finish. Just the best I can with a small roller and a paint brush.

Mask it off and I'd do the hard bits with brush first, also If the air is damp(about to rain) then it will skin over and not go off.
Painted my boat-a joy over several days
