Signed. Now up to 11,192.
here in wales, coracles are tax free already
I've signed it. I have another modern car which I only do about 1000 miles per year in and that costs me about £230 per year as well. I'm being stung twice!
My company car is obviously also taxed. I think I'm already making a very fair contribution to the pot hole fund.
In the interest of helping to preserve classic vehicles, I agree that tax exemption should be on a rolling basis
Of one thing we may be very sure, and this is it:
whatever they do, if they do anything, the motoring public WILL PAY MORE over-all.
They don't even pretend about parking charges any more - it's a TAX, and actually it's all set up to MAXIMISE PENALTY TICKETS, because that is where they make most money.
There are better ways to save £250 a year, such as reclaimed oils for fuel, don't smoke, no gambling.
dont have kids, live in a shed, cycle, walk, wipe your arse with moss, start wearing a seat belt, make your own beer, fix your own car, bin the mobile are all ways i save more than £250 a year, but give me a chance to stiff the government out of another £250 and im game.
aint gonna happen though.
