Although they are different Wabco ECU's officially the P38 Wabco-C stops diagnostics at a speed over 1.6mph (2km/h). My P38 gets to about 4mph before shutting data off, but that's probably low-speed error limit. Interestingly the Nanocom docs say the diagostic speed limit is also the point where the dash light goes out.

Wabco-D is unspecified in Nano docs, but probably similar.

I read wabco D light goes out (test mode cancels) at 5kph
