Freelander 2 (LR2) 2011 Crank/Clicking Problem

I have a 2011 Freelander 2 with over 260k miles. Inline-6. It has a new transmission from a wrecked model. I’ve recently replaced the battery as it was running on one two sizes too small. It began misfiring on me last week so I ordered plugs and coils. Replaced them this week, went to start the vehicle and it was barely rolling over. My battery light popped on and my engine light had been on since the misfire. I attempted to jump it off but that wouldn’t work either. I let it sit and charge for a good 10 minutes and still no improvement. The clicking sound just got quicker and my dash was flashing like it couldn’t pull enough power. Any suggestions? I only let the car sit for a few days straight…

Was the battery a brand new one ?
