This is my first time on the and I am excited to hear what everyone have to say about a problem I've had with my Landy. As this is the first time I've ventured the landy vehicle scene I am a bit despondent about my Freelander that I now only own for 2 months. I would appreciate some insight into my problem. Vehicle displays "Transmission fault, traction reduces", has a shudder upon acceleration and sometimes a flat spot on the acceleration paddle with now power. I had the car back at he dealer's mechanic and apparently fitted a refurbished torque converter. Car went well for a short while but the symptoms mentioned above just returned. Please could you offer some advise here and maybe some insights into the problem. is my landy experience doomed for failure or what? Thanks guys!
