200tdi exhaust to to td5 back box

Hi
Im a new member and was looking for some guidance, I’m rebuilding a 200 tdi with a new chassis and a td5 rear end as I have a new tub and I’ve moved the fuel tank to the rear.
Have any of you guys fitted a td5 tub and if so can I just put the td5 rear section of exhaust straight on to my exsisting 200 tdi
