200tdi defender crankshaft holding tool

Hi All,

Does anyone have any links to where to buy a good quality crankshaft holding tool? Changing my timing belt and my engine is out of the defender so need this tool to take off the pulley and putting it back.

Could be interesting, the crankshaft locking tool usually jams against the chassis.

I have been using a set I bought from Difflock about 15-years ago for my 300TDi, wonderful piece of kit.

Very nice, £100 a pop.... seen one on eBay for £60 not sure in taking the risk?

I made my own from scrap, nowt fancy but I have to remove the belt pulley first to use it, not a problem with my stainless steel bolts
