OK, a bit more progress...
PRC3786 washer bottle fitted and Southdown snorkel added as per plan. It all fits really well I think...
Washer bottle look slightly awkward to get to bu in practice it's fine. Annoyingly the pump inlet/outlet is "wrong" for that side of the vehicle hence the loops in the washer pipe, but it's heck of a lot more powerful than the old one! I don't know if wiring it in backwards would damage the internals...
More than happy with the angles/clearance of the air hose, and there is just enough room under the (non-Puma) bonnet for it to fit...
I know they are expensive, but I do think the Southdown snorkel looks the business and is simple and tough, and as my old 110 does not have wing vents, it was the obvious choice. I do need to push the cowl a bit more down the tube though, it's a bit hight here.
I've jubilee clipped the re-angled dipstick tube onto the manifold, so it's now a case of fitting an electric fan, and possibly some heat shield around the exhaust. I take the points about the alternator, however with no fan shroud and LED lights perhaps I'll get away with it. I have one of those laser temperature guns so I might take some readings and see what it looks like. I found a 200tdi waxstat so that will go on when I do the timing belt...soon.
