Can anyone enlighten me as to when the steering wheel bosses changed from 36 to 48 splines? Looking to change mine for something slightly smaller.

Different models had different splines, you will need to count them.
Mine is 36 spline.
Incidentally I have a small steering wheel and boss if you are interested in buying it.

I have a 2005 I fitted a momo but needed a boss ?

Have so far failed miserably at getting the steering wheel off. I’ve even tried a bearing puller.
