2004 TD4 Non starter

Freelander 2004 TD4 Non starter

I did a clutch change on the car last week, resolved all the teething problems but come out today start car whilst waiting for wife no problem, turned off car when it had fully warmed up, now will not start, getting code 1620 security when faults are read, also been having problems with the cooling fans bursting into life whilst there in no key in ignition and car locked even though engine is cold.
Any suggestions firstly to get car to start 9, (I have only one key)
Secondly stop fans kicking in when not needed

Ok further info, car fires with easy start but does not keep going so obviously there is no fuel being allowed through,

Done further diagnostic scan codes, 1620 security, 0220 pedal demand sensor, 0480 cooling fan

All I could find but will give you some idea of where to look. Cant find anything on 1620 security is that all it says?

I had "1620 security" come up on mine when it wouldn't start (after I'd changed the clutch funnily enough). I changed the remote fob battery, locked and unlocked it then cleared the codes and re-scanned and it hasn't come back since, so I assume that was the problem.
My non start turned out to be the cam sensor - running perfectly before I changed the clutch but died when I tried to start it afterwards. Mine would also fire with a burst of easi-start, but just not catch and run.
Does your diagnostic show the live values from the low and hi pressure pumps when cranking ? That will tell you if a pump has died or isn't making enough pressure.

I should add - I had the fans kick in full whack with everything turned off, but I was pulling ECU connectors to see if I'd bent a pin or something. Worth going over every connector to make sure.
