2004 L322 Vogue Suspension Fault and Damaged part query

Could you gaffer tape the rod to the sensor arm just to see if the car would settle at about the right height out of interest ?

Hi guys I had the height sensor fitted today, pleased to say as soon as I cleared the fault codes with the i930 that the suspension returned to normal height all round. I checked each wheel height and they were all the same (4mm difference on rear axle) so no calibration required.

I tested the suspension in off road and lowered mode and all is well, the live data on the i930 was also very useful - compressor temperature, resevoir pressure, height sensor voltages etc were all displayed.
