L322 2004, 3.0 TD6 Vogue, HDC light, ABS light & Air suspension inactive

Hi all,
By error, I switched my trickle charger off and due to not using the vehicle for a few weeks the battery has gone flat. I have re-attached the charger and the engine is now turning over & fires up. Unfortunately due to the flat battery a load of errors have been thrown up, those being, Air Suspension Inactive, Amber emergency brake assist light & amber ABS warning light & Amber DSC light is on. Battery is now fully charged and engine is starting but these faults are still present, any clues on how to clear them without a visit to the local Indie? All was fine before the battery went flat, no errors or faults. many thanks in advance

Did it so often on mine I wore out my driveway
