I've taken off the bolt in the timing pin hole and replaced the washer. There was a small amount leaking from top of the pump where the return pipe connects. I removed the return pipes and replaced the washers but when tightening the pipe fittings back up to the specified torque (25nm) I never even got that far, it's just spinning and has stripped the thread. Never seemed to tighten at all. Could a drop of locktite sort that or does the top of pump need replacing?
