200 tdi 1993 no side lights hazzards horn c/l

my disco is giving me more grief than the ex wife
all was well till i flashed headlamps at a mate of mine then all the side lights headlamps hazzards horn and central locking stopped working
the alarm stopped working also .
the engine starts wipers indicators brake lights intierior lights all work
but if i try to start the engine withe sides on or horn or hazarrds or door open or horn pressed starter doesnt work it just clicks from one of the yellow relays behind the plastic a panel in rh footwell
apart from a gallon of petrol and a match anyone have any other ideas i just spent 4 hrs cleaning all earth leads and and as many conections as i could find and its still the same

hope some one can help before i do somthin stupid

ok thanks fellas did all that but its still the same no sides heads hazards horn central locking or alarm this all started cos her indoors flashed headlamps at her mate and ping it all went dark i have disconected all the blocks i could find and cleaned the conections they wernt to bad i disconnected the 12v/70amp black block on lhf bulkhead next to all the wiring plugs and cleaned it that was in a bit of a state spades all green but made no difference checked the lights and stuff to see if it changed ouwt starter doesnt work while its disconnected so i assume it works the solenoid???? removed cleaned and greased all the earth straps i could find battery to chassis via inner wing chassis to starter bolt little farty fiddly one under windscreen now run out of ideas
