hi to all .
after flattening me rear chassis mounts i am concidering fitting a 2 inch lift kit seen load around so decided whilst messing with the mounts just aswell lift it aswell NOW can anyone direct me to the best kits to fit or have they a link they can forward to me
many thanks

why do you need a lift?
Cos he wants to look down at people :D

Seriously I have pro comp900 es with a two inch spring or sumin on mine and they have done the job for over three years so I would recommend them for the money.

On the other hand My mate has Old man Emu and hes had problem with the shock and the spring sagging and we had ours the same time

big tyres, chop arches, lock the steering off so yer dont end up with nice shiney radius arms and it will have more off road capability than one on average size tyres and a lift.

I think what peps tend to forget what helps you out the most when off roading is when you have your diff lifted up rather than the body !!

So yeah big tyres will help deffo

a body lift(either with extended springs or body mounts) will increase your approch angle and decent angle also..

as well as allowing more room under the arch fer yer bigger tires althou some arch reshaping is still required :D

as for lift kits bearcat springs and procomp 9000 +2s are good for the price

alternitivly you can use britpart springs with the same damper's(thats what i use) and paddocks sell both sets ;)

well if his disco is like the one in the pic and he plans on taking it off road seriously (otherwise yer wouldnt need a lift kit) then his front valance and corners are gonna go missing, his tow bar will still let him down, no matter how much of an approach angle he can get on the front.

Yep losing the front valnce gets you another 5degrees or summit.Ive taken mine of on me calssic because it changed the approach angle from 37 to 45 dgrees AND slightly improves fuel consumption

Ive left my tow hitch on mine saves the arse end from being crushed
