Wanna rent me yours for a day lol. I can’t find anyone that will do it for me. I just looked online and eBay USA and no tool came up.
 
undo nut ,bolt flat plate across the hole using the relevant timing cover bolts, insert the center piece bolt to pulley then tighten the tool screws that hold the center, then wind the set screw through to push pump off pulley after disconnecting the pump fastenings and pipes from engine first

You have a pic of the tool mounted?
 
That’s an expensive tool. The second time I removed an injection pump I managed to crack the pulley it was on so tight so be careful, suppose this tool should avoid that.
