I should get my block and crankshaft back next week from rebored and ground.
Are there any modifications that I should be considering when building it up?

Yes, under the pistons you have four oil jets, they cool the piston crowns by taking heat into the oil, there are two types, the new ''upgraded'' ones from memory were larger.
