Hi. New to disco owning, just been introduced to the iffy electrics. After help with heated rear window not working. When I push switch, get nothing. Checked power at switch, ok. Changed switch (unless for another dodgy switch) still not even a lights on. No click from relay either.

Have you checked the fuses?

Thought I would jump in on this post rather than open a new one.

My Disco 1 300 tdi rear window heater is not working, the fuse is fine and the switch goes on and off, I want to check the relay to see if that is fine , just want to know where to locate it. Cheers

If you find that the switch and the relay is not working, it may pay to check that the wiring through the door has not chaffed or broken -

Have you checked that power is getting to the connectors at the screen base ?

I have checked the wiring from the connector to the screen and it is fine, bit hard to check from the connector at the back to the switch.

if the window heater is the only thing not working, count yourself lucky. only means you get cold hands pushing it to the layby when you break down
