Just so I'm on the same page, the 2 nipples (Short one is the Front and the long one is the Rear) are for bleeding the master fro t and rear. I will flush 3 litres through them and then Repeat RAVE Bleeding Method.I use the power bleeder to flush through when doing the 2 nipples on the modulator near the bulkhead. Flush through about 3 litres before you move onto the usual RAVE procedure for the brakes themselves. When doing it keep topping up the reservoir as it gets low quickly but doesn't show it. There's a partition inside for the clutch for the manual and to stop the fluid slopping around on bumpy ground.
From memory there are three nipples on the modulator.Just so I'm on the same page, the 2 nipples (Short one is the Front and the long one is the Rear) are for bleeding the master fro t and rear. I will flush 3 litres through them and then Repeat RAVE Bleeding Method.
Good hear from you! By the way, you td me to call you something other than Grrrr, what was it?
Correct, 2 on the wife, 3 on the modulatorFrom memory there are three nipples on the modulator.
Correct, the bottom nipple is for bleeding the master itself, the 2 upper ones are for bleeding the Master for the front calipers and Rear calipers. Top short one is front-master and the Top long nipple is for bleeding the rears.Correct, 2 on the wife, 3 on the modulator

Hello all, I bled the vehicle following RAVE. I turn on the ignition, TC and Brake lights comes on and goes off as they should. While the ignition is still on each time I depress the brake, the pump runs for a second and the TC and Brake lights flash on but goes off immediately. My question is why does the pump kick-on for a split second and the TC and Brake light Flash on go off EACH TIME that I Depress the brake pedal?Thought it was ABS/Brake light?
Sounds like the accumulator is fecked and not holding pressure.Hello all, I bled the vehicle following RAVE. I turn on the ignition, TC and Brake lights comes on and goes off as they should. Thanks,
Well I'll try to source an accumulator. Thanks,Sounds like the accumulator is fecked and not holding pressure.

Got it much appreciated!Island 4 x 4 have them, bought one recently for my project car.
Do you think my pressure switch is okay?Got it much appreciated!
That is another possibility, but the fact that the pump switches on and off suggest not.Do you think my pressure switch is okay?
Sorry, 4 to 5 pushes before the pump cuts in is normal, I'm sure that's what you meant 1 push is accumulator NBG.4-5 pushes of the pedal before the pump kicks in usually points to a dead sphère filled with brake fluid as the membrane breaks. Similar to the citroen hydro'spastic suspension.

I remembered that I had an extra accumulator. So I installed it, pump ran for about 30 seconds cut off. TC and Brake like went off immediately. With ignition still on each time I depress the brake the pump runs for 2 or 3 seconds. Accumulator came off my old pump.Got it!
