Well I'm seriously peed off now with my disco. Been sorting out a few welding jobs which is nearly up together when I had a bit of a mishap.
Welding under rear offside arch I thought hmm excess smoke lets take a look inside just in case.
Oh my god!!! Fire!!
Needs a new roof lining, seat belt some plastic trims door card door handle and carpets. Probably a new rear seat or some covers and a good scrub up!
Lets just say if I had a couple of hundred to spend it could be sorted out easily but as I'm out of work it's not going to happen.
I can get £215 for it for scrap but if anybody wants a disco to either finish off for road use or for an off road toy Make me an offer.
I have 2 spare wheels with good tread on to go with it.
May break if there is enough interest.
Boot floor been replaced front offside inner wing repaired. I did the box section sill replacement last year with 3.5mm boxing. My parents had the car before me and had a replacement engine fitted after Dad cooked the old one lol. It had a new HD clutch fitted last year too.
Need to get myself mobile again so disco has to go
