1962 Series II

Dear All
I'm new to this so please bear with me.
We've got a 1962 which my father in law kindly gave us.
It's Mot'd and runs (most of the time).
We love it but it just needs too much tinkering to keep it (and I'm no mechanic).
Thinking of selling but really no idea of what would be a fare price, if anyone could give me a suggestion I'd really appreciate it.

1962 hard top with drop down half rear door.
Petrol (original engine as far as I know).
Someone's added lights/changed the wings.
I think it was a different colour once upon a time but the red it is now has a lovely patina!
It's even got original style black and silver plates now!

Before anyone corrects me that should of course read "Series II".

Between a decent workshop manual and all the info you'll find on LZ you don't have to be a mechanic to keep a series 2 on the road, they're very easy to work on.
Thay're great fun too, I'd keep it if I were you!

(edit: yes I know I didn't manage to keep mine on the road, so shurrup!)

Keep it, I'm no mechanic either but have done several jobs on mine through reading manuals and YouTube etc... Just get stuck in and you will enjoy it
