Serious question. What could go wrong?

I understand its too big for the rim but it hasnt peeled off the rim yet so what could change?

nothing a stanley blade wouldnt fix .5 removed................. no seriously its not cricket and your insurance is technically invalidated as you have fitted wrong equipment then again 60mm wheel spacers could be the said to be the same.

For all we know he could be in the US ;)

Why would anyone do that?

Because i got them for free and 16.5 defender wheels are impossible to find. I have had them on the rims for about 2 months and they have not lost a single psi of pressure.
But seriously what could cause a problem as nothing wrong has appeared so far?

Oh and before taking on the road, i drove around a private bit of road at my work and cornered at speed, left to right etc and still no loss of pressure.
