When you press the horn have you got voltage at the horn itself?
Can you slightly pull the loom conector part by the switches to get to the live feed for the horn switch and then the flow to the horn?
(Done Tis the other week to prove faulty horn assembly)

Morning,
Yes there is power to the horn, but not much. 3.5-4v maximum, so I suspect corroded earths and I'll have a go at removing and cleaning them as soon as the rain stops. There appears to be an earth strap that connects to the bonnet and that is disconnected for some reason.

Under the passenger wing on the wheel arch is an earth bolt.

Thank you. How I wish there was a definitive location map of them all.
Remove the black wheel arch & there is 1 each side of the motor. Same area.
Then 1 behind the drivers rear light cluster
Think 1 on the bulkhead inside by fuse box & 1 outside .
Unless you get a picker LR diagram you just have to find them.

@Wolf Pack , you may like to reposition the earths to give easier access & new clean connections...and don't refit with self tappers  use new small nuts/bolts with star washers ;)

I've relocated all under bonnet earths like this for quick future fault finding/irritating repairs.

That is an excellent idea.

I need to find the original earth points, yes, or just use T connectors to splice in to the original earth cables?

They are wrecked. Fortunately, I have a battery powered Dremel and an end-mill bit, is I started cutting the out with that. Two more to go on the O/S, then the other side.

Then, I need the small section of harness that connects the back of the 6-way to the main harness.

No wonder it was cheap...
