Hi everyone, can anyobe pount me in the direction of a how-to or offer any advice regarding the rear glass in a second row door? I'm really struggling to re-assemble one of my doors with new glass and runners etc, despite already doing one but can't remember how.

Thanks

I did one on Wednesday night, what stage are you struggling at?

IIRC plastics in first then small glass slides up in its 3 sided channel, divider goes in place then the wee bracket that holds it up is bolted in, then sealer from the outside, I missed this stage as it's coming back apart soon.

Then the rest of the channels in, the longer one goes to the front of the door, then slide the main glass up into it before you screw the bottom half in, takes a bit of force.

Then just bolt the regulator in and to the glass and reconnect lock linkages, panel back on.

I think....

I finally did it.
The problem I had was trying to get the large glass in as you describe.
The way I did it was, all plastic in. Small glass back and top felt in.
Large glass in.
Then Divider with small glass front felt fitted.
Slide up large glass (door upside down) to move divider enough to just get the small glass in.
Divider fits in slot in top of door.
Large glass top felt in.
With the glass now lowered (door still upside down) push the felt down the sides.

Hope that makes sense.
