Is there a special tool for removing these? I can just get a spanner on the bottom nut but I can't see how to undo them without destroying them with a pair of stillsons? I tried a rubber oil filter remover but that broke!

Once I'd got it off (stillson on the body) I realised that the end of the bottom peg is milled to allow a spanner to fit it. Buggered if I can see how you're supposed to get two spanners in under the bracket without removing the spring. I got it off ok but it looks like fun fitting a new one without knackering it!
