Had it in my head I weighed about 35 KGS ( I wish ) but I recon as the complete system has been removed from mine plus rust and other components that have fallen off over the years it now weighs considerably less than it did when it was pushed out of the rover sd1 assembly line !

Morning all, thought you might be interested, I've just heard back from the garage.
The total for the job converts back to roughly £120 plus tax ( 7% )
That's parts and two hours labour which I must say was less than I thought.
That's within my meagre allowance so phoebe will ride again !

Not taken car in yet as still can't drive, that's the quote to replace pump so you never know could be a lot less !
I'm pleased with the price, thought it would be a lot more.
