1:41 transfer box

enquired about a second hand xfer box 1:41 and the local landy specialist said he wanted £150 even though he advised changing the input gear on it cause its worn. Is that steep? sounds alot to me, i thought you could pick them up for around £50 even if they do need the input gear changing its alot cheaper than £150 +:confused:
 
I'd say that was dear, should be about 50 for a used one. Maybe a little more for a defender one
 
I've got a td5 one that I swapped, its only done 24k. I swapped to a disco box a while back. Was going to keep it as its such low miles and perfect condition but I'm open to offers to get it out of the garage.
