Half dead disco 2

Hi , I hope someone can help me with an odd electrical problem I'm having.
It started with the head gasket blowing after a rad hose split.
Repaired headgasket but it took a week as there were snapped bolts to remove and lots of stuck bits (it is a landy)
Battery and some windows were open during this time as weather was good.
After repair whenever I try to prime the fuel , as soon as the key gets to position 2 there is no fuel pump noise and M and S and hazards flash the engine turns over but as no fuel I'm not trying to start her.
The doors open and lock on key but there is no alarm light on dash.
I have checked for obvious bad connections and my landy code reader will not read anything , ecm not being energised.

Have checked inertia switch checked body control unit for dampness and plug connections
Checked relays
Anyother ideas?

Been jump started during the repair?
Tried disconnecting the battery then joining the negative and positive battery leads together for a few seconds then reconnecting the battery?
