I have too much leeway here - is it complicated to change the buffer?

Not a lovely job to do, it can be a bit frustrating, but not complicated

if you havent got a press, cut/hammer/chisel/destroy/EXTERMINATE!!!! the old one out
if you're not fussed about OEM then poly go in very easily. make sure you use new nuts and bolts

+1. Just grind the old bolt off and bang it out. New ones in.

Thank you. How do I have to imagine this?
Screw out (red) - green downwards (probably won't work) - so remove blue?

and where can I find the technical drawing? I have been searching for a long time.

Once the bolt is out, it will drop down easy enough. You'll want to remove at the other end too so you can work on getting the bush out, it will likely need new rubbers there anyways

We replaced the hockey stick bushes and did the rear bushes as well. Solid mate
Just drop the anti roll bar and save yourself some grief

Blue print ref numbers.
ADJ138048 are the bushes,
ADJ138049 are the rear most bushes that fit to the chassis.

I've already thought about that. then I would use the “ANR3305 - Bush assembly-anti-roll bar” and replace it as well.

I fitted the polybush on the antiroll bar, it made a difference for me

Bolts can be from Britpart (Island-4x4 or similar). Bushes I went original from Rimmer Bros.

ok, I've always wanted to buy a press. But first I have to swap it quickly. I don't want to remove the whole arm at the moment.

Which polys would I have to buy here?

I found a video here. I would do it properly in summer.

Good luck removing the old bush without removing the whole thing

if using a press you will need the tool to do it the bushes are bigger than the hole in the arm and need pushing through a tappered tool to fit.

to remove the old ones run a drill throw the bush a couple of times towards the outside the outside of the bush is plastic

so will it be quicker and easier if the arm is completely out? then I could also go to a garage and they would press the new ones back in. I've done that before.

Just my view. I really struggled, i think it would have been a major struggle stuck under the car
