Discovery Sport Rear Fog Light Bulb replacement..?

Hi there. I have a 2014 Discovery Sport. Just failed MOT for an offside rear fog light not working. Please can anyone advise how to access/change the bulb? Total novice here and hoping some guidance is available please. Thanks in advance everyone

The rear bumper cover must be removed according to the WSM which IMO is silly

I don't believe it's a bulb, but a complete LED unit.

I'm going on the assumption that most modern cars now use LED lights. You'll not know until the light unit comes out, but that's often just a push fit for bumper mounted units like that.
