Water pump leak L322 Mk3 Rang rover

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help, I have been loosing cooling water from my system and have today discovered where it is coming from.

I have a 2002 4.4 V8 L322 RR and water is coming from my water pump, from the shaft just before the pully. I have not had a chance to have a proper look, but has anyone got any tips on removing this and where to get it overhauled etc

I will be attempting the job tomorrow any tips and advice would be greatly received.

PS. I have a workshop manual for the L322 but it only gives a discription of how the cooling system works and not the removal procedure for the pump, if anyone has a better manual could you cut and paste the cooling pump removal procedure or send it to me at [email protected]

I have rung around now and found a brand new one for £88 inc vat so not worth messing around with recon. The job is booked at 2 1/2 hours and main agent so will prob take me a day !
