I have just been grinding my last weld repair to me Landy and i have sort of covered the misses car with sparks and F***ed the glass.
Do i clame off my house insurance or my Landy insurance or is it tough tit for me and cold dinners and no extras for the next month or two :-(

i wouldnt bother clive, i reversed into the doris's car and ****ed the front bumper, i tried to claim off the insurance but the trouble involved it werent worth it

Legal quesrion. If you get snapped by a camera but you never get a ticket because you don't have a permanent address. Can you be taken to court in your absence? If you get banned but you haven't been informed can you be prosecuted for driving while banned?

just going on a whim here but i think , mind you its only a pure guess and not to be takin as the truth nor my intrepertation of the truth , its mearly a edjucated guess. which is a summeriashun based on what has gone before. and is in no way fact but a concise thought as to what he might have bin doing to get snapped by a cop camera.

stopped at a friends house in Devon in Oct 05. and signed on for a couple of weeks as I had just left my partner and was out of work. been travelling round since then following work visiting friends and generally having a midlife crisis.
I recently had a phone call from my friend saying a balliff had been round looking for me but wouldn't say what for. She told him She didn't have an address for me (which is true) but as I don't do credit cards, loans etc. and I haven't been to court for about 10 years. I'm assuming I've been snapped by Speed cameras whilst I been galivanting around the country. I haven't signed on since I left Devon or registered, mot'd, taxed any cars in my name. So they must have located that address through me signing on there.

Me neighbour's cats are wreckin me newly sown lawn - diggin it up and ****tin all over it.
If they were dogs, I could sue em for failing to keep them under control. But cats are classed as wild animals and therefore un-controllable.
So, if they're wild animals, while they're on my land, they're my property. Therefore, provided I don't breach the terms of my firearms certificate, or cause unnecessary suffering, I can shoot them - yes or no?

You still commited an offence, So yes, they ban you from driving in your absence, and yes, you can be prosecuted for drivinng while your banned!!!!!

Oh, and then theres the offence of not updating your driving licence with the DVLA!!!!!!!

NO!!!! is the simple answer !!!!!

However, if the cats seemed to be suffering in some way, then YES you can shoot them to end there suffering, This of course would be a humane action of a responsible person!!!!!
