Braked and fully road legal. Ideal for conversion into a motorbike trailer or something?

our entire house contents is antiques, bloody useless rubbish... nothing works with it.
folders dont fit in desk drawers, clothes dont fit in tallboys and wardrobes (well yours would wolf, your the same size as my little girls Ken Barbie doll!
