Last weekends laning in the Peak district

Had a small amount of time to head off out and play Landrovers with a couple of mates last weekend .
We headed off and drove some of the lesser used lanes to avoid the usual plethora of other folks .

Thought my 109 FFR looked well along with my mates Berlin brigade painted LWT .

Even better (the Mrs drove on the way home :D:D) we stopped at a real ale pub on the way home and i got mildly sozzled as she was driving ;);)
 
How anyone can describe Green Laning as detrimental to the countryside, or in any way anti british I can not imagine. Your images are wonderful and I serioiusly suggest forwarding them to the mags because they depict true British Heritage in our True British countryside.

Indeed we had a fantastic days laning in the "rare" British sun .....

I am sure that the founders of the industrial revolution (The cromford and High peak tramway is in the background in some of the pictures)would have appreciated AND indeed have been proud of the Solihull products being used on the day :cool::cool:
 
hehe, that really is fitted for radio or speakers at least. Good pics there, keeping it old school.
