Went to Wickes as I would rather go now than on a bank holiday. I dislike crowds as it is but it was interesting thinking a shoplifter was in and you could see the staff scrambling around.

Since you bring it up, I wouldn't either. They were a lot less than helpful when the stainless system i bought for a 200tdi SIII wasn't remotely close to fitting. I ended up cutting that and putting a flexible joint in. Supposedly the experts in...

Had no issues with the one gstuart linked to. About £35 when I got mine a few yrs ago.

Sounds like the switch, they are cheap enough, fit on to the end of the ignition barrel with 2 little screws from memory. Petrol and diesel are different, make a note of which wire goes where, one may have even fell off.

Think it's the rubber bit that has worn through. Pirtec crimped new rubber on to the old fittings for me around 15 yrs ago, still good. I wouldn't have used Steve Parker ones or their hose kits either but I did use there downpipe that I've had to...

Flipping DW didn't want to work properly on test. I plumbed it into the cold water to give it a proper test. It would pump out but wouldn't take water in, on a variety of progs. W and I mulled it over, she wanted to kick it but I stopped her! In...

Dont fit seatbelts to them and you will be ok.

Based on google search results, most likely it's either leaking air, or the pump is not filling the tank. The other error "U0421-68 (2F) = Invalid data received from ride level control module"

It was starting and running fine in the morning but when I went to start it in the afternoon we encountered the aforementioned problem. So you reckon it could be the ignition switch rather than the coil?

For the GEMS O2 sensors, you're better off using a generic OBD tool with graph displays. I use one of these dongles with either iPhone/iPad or Android phones & tablets. Car Scanner Pro works really well and has free & paid version. It reads...
