Went to Wickes as I would rather go now than on a bank holiday. I dislike crowds as it is but it was interesting thinking a shoplifter was in and you could see the staff scrambling around.
Since you bring it up, I wouldn't either. They were a lot less than helpful when the stainless system i bought for a 200tdi SIII wasn't remotely close to fitting. I ended up cutting that and putting a flexible joint in. Supposedly the experts in...
Sounds like the switch, they are cheap enough, fit on to the end of the ignition barrel with 2 little screws from memory. Petrol and diesel are different, make a note of which wire goes where, one may have even fell off.
My multimeter for car use is the Fluke 365, true rms clamp meter.
I measured again with obd scanner, Icar, Ox sensors disconnected.
Results: Bank A Ox 316.25V varies. Bank B 229.90V varies. Ox heater 15.06 Ox sensor heater 46592%.

Think it's the rubber bit that has worn through.
Pirtec crimped new rubber on to the old fittings for me around 15 yrs ago, still good. I wouldn't have used Steve Parker ones or their hose kits either but I did use there downpipe that I've had to...
Flipping DW didn't want to work properly on test. I plumbed it into the cold water to give it a proper test. It would pump out but wouldn't take water in, on a variety of progs.
W and I mulled it over, she wanted to kick it but I stopped her!

Based on google search results, most likely it's either leaking air, or the pump is not filling the tank.
The other error "U0421-68 (2F) = Invalid data received from ride level control module"
Thanks for your reply I will go and check those out. Just out of interest how many miles have you done using the Unipump pump??? and have you had any problems??
Kind regards
Hi thank for your reply can I just ask what's a G grade replacement? I have never heard that before. I have heard of oem etc etc but not that.
Kind regards
It was starting and running fine in the morning but when I went to start it in the afternoon we encountered the aforementioned problem.
So you reckon it could be the ignition switch rather than the coil?
Update:
So as expected, by I think everyone, putting a new switch in did bugger all.
I have found a new interesting feature: With the light switch on dipped if I hold the main beam on flash... I can blow both the dipped fuses...
As it's a...
For the GEMS O2 sensors, you're better off using a generic OBD tool with graph displays. I use one of these dongles with either iPhone/iPad or Android phones & tablets. Car Scanner Pro works really well and has free & paid version.
It reads...
Hi, I had mine done by Alive tuning last year at the Billing LR show(29/30th of June), only a stage one re- map but it makes a big difference to the driveability & can thoroughly recommend them (Empire Tuning were also there). You can travel to...
Just done mine today, looks lots better. As @Rubberknees says, plenty of wd40. The replacement had a bit of a kink in it already about half way up on the rear edge which threatened to worsen as I was doing the final lift into the top horizontal...
Hello
Does anyone know if it’s possible to connect an early LR4 2010 Bluetooth hands free to the system?
Seen some Module etc on eBay.
Am I correct in assuming that all I need is the module and microphone and it’s a plug and play job.
Or is...
