hey guys, got a prob with my series 3 1972, its got a 200tdi engine and since winter has been it's had a service including fuel filter, but it's still running really groggy and hard to rev, i paid someone already to fix it but he didnt have a clue what he was doing, he put deisel injector...

is this what i need guys ? should this stop the excessive play i thought it was bearings? sorry i dont sound very faithful im trying to take care of it to the best of my ability just could do with advice from u guys, i couldnt find a how to on changing these universal joints but if this is...

here is the leak from the propshaft, is it the NJs that u lot keep going on about?? also can you confirm that on the second picture, the engine i have is a 200tdi engine as daft as it sounds lol sorry for stretching the forums

so for now just take the front prop off i thought thats what driven the rear wheels from the engine though? my bad, the play is inside the seal sort or thing on the outside of the gearbox side of the prop shaft, the shaft itself i think (will double check in 2 secs) is fine

really take it off? does it just mean it will be front wheel drive ? is it really that possible + simple? what are UJ's ? bearings? thanks

Thankyou, yeah its running groggy been stood for abit im guessing its normal for exhaust smoke but not for clouds of it, the turbos smokin a little im thinkin of changin the bearings in turbo aswell as service.
