As it's an ex MOD vehicle, I can take the whole handle assembly out pretty easily, but it's riveted shut so I can get at the internals. I have the same issue on driver and passenger doors.

Just had someone take a good look at it. Appears it is the hydralic pump at the top of the clutch pedal that is faulty, leaking fluid slowly. Thanks for all the ideas and help
