SOLVED!, Where the wheel sits on the hub its rusty and covered in ****. cleaned up the hub and the wheel was then able to sit properly, tonnes better to drive :)

To be honest never since ive had it, been too busy sorting out engine issues and MOT stuff I havnt really though about it, I will check all those things tomorrow, the steering wheel does sit off center and there is alot of play in the column which I just put down to steering UJs.

HAHA very true, Driving standards in slough are awful in a normal car, but in the Landy everyone seemed to give me a wide birth and didnt dare cutting me up, its nice :D can't wait to get stuck in and learn everything there is to know.
