    Its Diesel. When you put your foot on the throttle it revs to about 2000 rpm then dies back to idle at 1000rpm.

    Help wanted in Essex. My P reg Disco will start and run but it won't rev up. I have fitted new lift pump and fuel filter. Any suggestions?
