Thanks for your comments singvogal. Ended up being an airpipe that has a bit of moisture in it so it wriggled a bit lose. Really pleased to have it back to normal. Thanks again everyone, priceless help really appreciated.

Thanks for that, i'll have a good feel around. Noise only happens when the cars in motion and throttle is pressed. When it's static the noise isn't there, even when you push the throttle.
