Well according to the haynes manual its as simple, running a tap down the bush in order to thread the bugger, get a bolt in and pull it out. It mentions another method where you find a wire of the length of the diameter of the bush, pack with grease and pull. Does that sound about right?

Greetings, Ive decided I need to upgrade my alternator, and the mondeo 90A seems like a good idea. However, I will need to drill out the 15mm LR pulley to 17mm to match the mondeo 17mm shaft size. I want to keep the original alternator and pulley in-tact just in case the worse should happen lol...

Yup, circlips are off. I think that heat will be my next course of action, hopefully it has not rusted together. Would i be able to turn the stub while removing, would that help? Or is it strictly kept straight, while removing?
