The heater issue could be bad blend motors (hence the manual sign) I have the same issue and keep seeing these blend motors blamed! Im new though, so i wouldnt take my word for it!

Ok. I bought some heated leather seats for my cloth unheated 98 DT. I appear to have a highline BECM, it has the black plug connector under the fuses and the green one on the other side. I just dont have the loom :( Is it possible to buy this loom seperately, and if so does anyone have a link...

OK, some progress Opened up the rear wiper motor covers and in the process of looking at that The pic i mention in item 4 is the EGR valve, im not too worried about a split hose in that. The cold start is lots better with over a quarter of a tank, so suspect in tank pump has gone. OEM or...

I cant see any label. Just the fusebox there, with some plastic ducting. As an aside, i just noticed that there is a sound of a fan running from below the seat. I guess thats the BECM being alive still :(
