Yes got a multimeter, Is the any way that i can take off the imboliser to see if i can get it to run?

Battery leads connected properly. Lights are working on dash when im turning the key. Hazards not working all other lights are ok. Imobilser not flashing hense why i think it may not be working ,fuse keeps blowing imobilser, any more ideas ? thanks for your help!
